Managed the design of the Grant Management System used by the Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) and led the intake and eligibility training for the SETRPC in support of their Texas General Land Office Round 2.2 Program.

Houston Texas Disaster Recovery Round 2 Housing Program in Houston, TX

Directed a project team in support of the Texas General Land Office Round 2.2 Program for the City of Houston.  Key areas of responsibility included system design, outreach, intake and eligibility training, project management expertise, architectural oversight, construction oversight, inspections, and close-out support.

City of Galveston Disaster Recovery Round 1 Housing Program in Galveston, TX

Managed the transition with an incumbent firm, led the design of the Grant Management System, and provided intake and eligibility services for the Texas General Land in support of the Round 1 Program.
