Kenny Benigno
Ken Benigno serves as the Managing Partner of K2 Project Management Solutions (K2), a company he founded in July 2016. K2 specializes in assisting state and local governments navigate federally funded programs with emphasis on disaster recovery, including hurricanes, floods, and pandemics. Ken brings extensive expertise in areas such as Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs (HMGP).
Before establishing K2, Ken dedicated 26 years to military service in the United States Army. His career spanned from an enlisted role in the 24th Infantry Division to retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008 after serving with the 3rd Infantry Division. Ken’s deployments included tours in Kuwait, Bosnia, and Iraq.
Ken’s outstanding leadership skills are evident in his approach to project management. He prioritizes mission accomplishment and speed of delivery, ensuring that critical recovery efforts proceed efficiently. His unwavering commitment to public service and national welfare continues to drive his work at K2.
Ken holds a Master of Science degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Keith Johnson
Keith is an accomplished managing partner at K2, where he collaborates closely with local and state government clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders. His extensive experience spans IT infrastructure, data analysis, process optimization, streamlining operations, and financial management.
Before co-founding K2 in 2016, Keith spent two decades as an IT executive in the gaming industry. His leadership at K2 combines technical acumen, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Keith’s contributions drive the company’s success in managing disaster recovery programs.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Belhaven University and MBA in Management & Finance from University of Southern Mississippi.

Andrew Benigno
Andrew is a distinguished leader at K2 Project Management Solutions (K2), serving as the VP of Operations for all disaster recovery efforts. With an impressive career spanning over 14 years, he has forged strong partnerships with government clients across Florida, Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina, and New York. Andrew’s unparalleled expertise in engineering processes for the implementation of federally funded programs has been instrumental in facilitating reconstruction and mitigation after severe disasters.
Andrew’s career is marked by his versatility and dedication, having excelled in roles such as Grant Manager, Grant Specialist, Communications Director, and Quality Assurance Advisor. His profound knowledge encompasses FEMA Public Assistance, FEMA Individual Assistance, Project Management, CDBG-DR Planning and Policy Development, CDBG-DR Quality Control, CDBG-DR Single Family Housing, CDBG-DR Multi-Family Housing, Disaster Assistance, Detailed Planning, and Section 3 Compliance. His contributions have consistently driven success and resilience in disaster-stricken communities.
A proud alumnus of The University of Mississippi, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Andrew’s leadership, expertise, and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset to K2 and the communities he serves.

Carly Tabor
Carly Tabor is a distinguished leader at K2 Project Management Solutions (K2), where she serves as the VP of Finance, with a proven track record in auditing, financial analysis, accounting principles and project management. Carly brings valuable expertise in preparing accurate and insightful financial statements, project timeline management, leadership skills, professional standards and Client and Team Relationships.
Carly provides essential support to our clients, handling grant writing, eligibility assessments, change orders, compliance, and monthly financial reporting. She also oversees Davis Bacon and section 3 reporting, program requests, budget management, and financial reimbursements.
Before joining K2 in 2018, Carly gained valuable experience auditing the healthcare industry while working for a large accounting firm. She holds a degree in Accounting from the Universityof Southern Mississippi.
