Disaster Assistance
K2 provides post disaster assistance for federal, state and local governments. The owner has extensive experience managing disaster recovery programs, including FEMA Public Assistance (PA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and, Community Development Block Grants-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). Our company has managed multiple long term recovery projects with experience in grant administration, program outreach, applicant intake/eligibility, verification of benefits, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, program reporting/monitoring and Stafford Act and Fair Housing compliance.
Technical Services
K2 provides project management and risk assessment for governmental and non-governmental organizations. The owner has extensive experience leading large projects with combined capital budgets in excess of $50 million. Our company owner has managed multiple projects with experience in IT organizational assessment, strategic planning, network infrastructure management, disaster recovery, hardware/software deployment, data center configuration and IT Audit/Compliance.
